What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address, your phone number and your message. When you sign up for the free Internet Safety Guide For Parents or for our newsletter, we receive your email address. You do not have to give us any of it, but without a way to reach you we cannot reply or send you anything.

Like nearly every website, ours also receives technical information automatically: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you viewed, and the page that referred you.

How we use it

To reply to you, to give you the guide you asked for, to send you our newsletter and updates if you signed up, to keep this site working, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. Every email we send to the list has an unsubscribe link.

Who else sees it

The companies that host this site, store the messages and sign-ups it receives, and deliver our email process this information on our behalf, under contracts limiting them to that purpose. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to make the site work and to measure aggregate traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

Email us at any time to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
